Welcome to Legacy Integral Coaching Centre's Website "the Site". By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, Do not continue to use this website.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", "User", "Student", "Instructor", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", "Us" and "LICC", refers to our Legacy Integral Coaching Centre. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the you and Legacy Integral Coaching Centre. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the you in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting your needs in respect of provision of LICC's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Nigeria. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Legacy Integral Coaching Centre's Website, located at https://licc.com.ng. Again, by accessing this website and/or creating an account, uploading materials, attending online classes, or paying tuition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations with full understanding.
2. Eligibility
To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are between 13 and 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1. Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
4.1. Ownership: You retain all rights to the materials you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Site ("User Content"). By making User Content available on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with the Site.
4.2. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own your Content such as sumitted assignment, uploaded materials etc or have the necessary rights to grant the license in Section 4.1, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4.3. Prohibited Content You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any User Content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful;
- Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
- Contains any virus, malware, or other harmful component;
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Online Classes
5.1. Attendance: By enrolling in and attending online classes, you agree to participate actively and respectfully. Disruptive behavior or violation of class rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the classes.
5.2. Class Materials: All materials provided in the classes, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and assignments, are the intellectual property of the instructors or the Site. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without explicit permission.
6. Tuition and Payments
6.1. Tuition Fees: Tuition fees for courses and programs are specified on the Site and upon registration. By enrolling in a course or program, you agree to pay the applicable tuition fees which are payable every month and before the first day of the month.
6.2. Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your enrollment, including any applicable taxes. Payments will be processed through our third-party payment processors.
6.3. Late Payments: Failure to pay tuition fees as highlighted in Section 6.1 above or as stated on the invoice sent to you may incur late payment fee and/or result in suspension or termination of your access to the lecture portal and materials if further prolonged.
6.4. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your enrollment in accordance with our cancellation policy specified on the Site. Any refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
- your use or inability to use the Site;
- any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site;
- any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party;
- any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or
- the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Legacy Integral Coaching Centre, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the LICC Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, LICC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Legacy Integral Coaching Centre website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

- Record live sessions, classes and/or lectures from Legacy Integral Coaching Centre

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for Instructors and Students to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. LICC does not filter, edit, publish or review these information prior to their presence on the website.
LICC reserves the right to monitor all Live Sessions and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
- The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant LICC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
